Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 15 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.

Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item is ready to ship, we will follow up with a shipping notification to track your item.

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country’s customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays. Should you need more information before purchase, please contact us .

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at cird_business@hotmai.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust any details. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed. Please note once your item has shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

All unworn, unused product accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Items must be returned to us in original condition. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, which is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). 

Cird currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, email us at cird_business@hotmail.com directly, and we’ll take you through the process.

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime, and you will be refunded as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact cird_business@hotmail.com.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here cird_business@hotmail.com.

Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Any item marked as Final/Sample sale cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
