1. Can I cancelmy order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.
2. Can I returnmy product?
All unworn, unused product accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a full refund within 7 days. Items must be returned to us in original condition. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, which is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s).
Cird currently does not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns may be shipped using your carrier of choice. We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, email us at email@example.com directly, and we’ll take you through the process.
3. CanI exchange my product?
Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime, and you will be refunded as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive a damaged or defective product you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit. You can reach out to us here email@example.com.
4.Can I return a sale item?
Sale items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Any item marked as Final/Sample sale cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
